10/6 appt with Dr Goyal
Stay at same Synthroid dosage of 8 pills (112 mcg) per week
Get ultrasound 6 months after the last one which occurred on 7/28/20
—-Scheduled ultrasound for 2/2/21 at 8am
Get new bloodwork done at the same time I get my ultrasound - sometime during the week of 2/1/21
Make an appt to see Dr Goyal after I get the ultrasound and bloodwork done
—-Scheduled in person visit for 2/12/21 at 3:30. Video visit option was not yet available in the system. Check Mychart to see if video is available
